The Mocha Joe Project (operated by Allen Clark Agnew, DBA, Lubbock, Texas) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

The name, email address, and mobile number you provide when you register, and the responses you give in our short session survey.

How we use it

To deliver your session, send your personal link and any reminders, and connect you with the person who invited you so they can follow up. We store this information in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel).

Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number you consent to receive SMS as described in our Messaging Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it except with the service providers we use to operate this project, or as required by law.
